A Journey through our Online Farm Shop

We'd like to introduce you to the Australian Online Shop team and talk you through the process we take to get our delicious products to your door.

Sometimes shopping online can feel like a ‘faceless’ experience. After you make some clicks with your mouse, impart with the precious numbers on your credit card and then press the submit button, you never quite know who is behind the scenes fulfilling your request.

BLOG - Lou and Gin.jpgIntroducing Lou and Gin our fabulous ‘shop assistants’. Between orders they like to have a cuppa and have a natter about their families and their kids. That’s how they met; they’re neighbours and their children go to the same school. When orders are busy or one of them is having a (well deserved) holiday, they back each other up.  But it’s always one of them picking your order and packing it…with care.

And they are so organised! Our mini online warehouse is efficient. Our range of jams, chutneys and premium cordials are all waiting and ready to flow out the door as your orders come in.

BLOG - warehouse montage.jpgWe offer both pantry packs for stocking up your own kitchen and gift packs. We theme our gift packs; there’s one for baking, one perfect for a cheese platter (that one’s got gorgeous French Lagouille cutlery included) and another for pizza lovers.

We always make sure there is a recipe or two included to give you some inspiration; whether it’s a beverage idea, pizza topping suggestion or a delicious new baking recipe. There’s a whole lot more serving suggestions online in our recipe section. It’s worth taking the time to have a look.

BLOG - Jack the courier.jpg

Once packed up, your order awaits a pick up by our friendly courier driver Jack. We are pretty lucky that Jack is super efficient; orders are always picked up and always on time. They then wing their way to your kitchen or you’re your nominated delivery address. We'll always let you know the tracking number so you can follow the track-and-trace progress of your delivery too if you wish.

If you have any feedback or a problem, please just email us. Gin and Lou will be ready and waiting to make things right.

We thank you for your support.
